Shrimp Scampi
Large shrimp sautéed in garlic butter over angel hair pasta.

COURSE TWO
BLT Salad
Fresh Minnesota tomatoes, iceberg lettuce, pepper bacon, and fresh Mozzarella cheese drizzled with basil vinaigrette.

COURSE THREE
Filet Medallion & Lobster Chop
Charbroiled filet medallion accompanied by a half petite lobster tail wrapped around a large sea scallop, finished with Béarnaise sauce. Served with local vegetables and hearty grains with wild rice blend.

COURSE FOUR
Blueberry Cheesecake
New York style cheesecake topped with house-made blueberry compote.
