This week let us take you through a Four-course culinary tour of the Woodlands.

COURSE ONE
Walleye Fingers
Lightly breaded and deep-fried to a golden brown. Served with Cajun remoulade sauce.
COURSE TWO
Caprese Style Salad
Mesclun mixed greens with hearty tomatoes and fresh mozzarella cheese finished with aged balsamic vinaigrette and basil chiffonade.
COURSE THREE
Parmesan Chicken with Cream Sauce
Large breaded chicken breast pan fried until golden brown, finished with Marsala infused mushroom cream sauce. Served with seasoned vegetables and house mashed potatoes.
COURSE FOUR
Rustic Apple Pie
Baked in house Apple pie with zesty crème anglaise.

Duck Wings
Flash fried until crispy and tossed with honey-chipotle sauce for a unique sweet heat.
COURSE TWO
Mixed greens Salad
Sweet greens tossed with julienne red onion, tomatoes and shaved parmesan cheese, finished with light house-made vinaigrette.
COURSE THREE
Lobster chops
Spilt 7 oz. lobster tail wrapped around a large sea scallop, topped with Béarnaise sauce. Served with seasoned vegetables and wild rice with hearty
grains blend.
COURSE FOUR
Molten Lava Cake
Warm Chocolate bundt cake with decadent ganache soufflé chocolate baked into the center.
Hours:
Sunday, Wednesday, & Thursday, Open 5 to 9 p.m.
Friday & Saturday, Open 5 to 10 p.m.
We are closed on Monday and Tuesday.
