Giving. It's at the heart of our story.

Grand Casino Mille Lacs and Grand Casino Hinckley believe in giving back to our local communities throughout Minnesota. Through our giving program, Grand Casino places priority to organizations that fit the following criteria:

Our giving is focused in one of three ways:

• Monetary donations — through our Mille Lacs Band Donations Committee, requests are considered on a monthly basis. To learn more about the monetary donation request process, click here.

• Community sponsorships — civic and community activities that are underwritten to raise money for charitable causes and community organizations.

• Product donations — in-kind donations of casino/resort packages (coupons cannot be replaced, exchanged or extended. Expiration dates are firm).

Request Eligibility
Your organization is eligible to receive one (1) donation per calendar year.
Requests must be received by Grand Casino at least four (4) weeks prior to the event.

Requests related to the following are INELIGIBLE to receive donations:
- Third-party requests or organizational campaigns (i.e. United Way, Relay for Life, Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund, Courage Center, Breast Cancer 3-Days, etc.) as we support these organizations on a corporate level
- Awards, prizes, and incentive programs (for profit)
- Individuals or individual pursuits, pageants, labor, school, religious, or political groups
- Complimentary concert tickets will not be given as a donation.

Application Process
All donation requests must be submitted through the online application at least four (4) weeks prior to an event. Faxes, emails, phone calls, and mailed submissions will no longer be accepted.

Processing Your Request
Donations will be sent to the requestor approximately two (2) weeks before the item is needed for the event.
All decisions made by the Grand Casino Public Relations Department are final.
