Amuse Bouche

Wild rice flatbread topped with cedar braised duck confit drizzled with pepper jelly 

Castle Cream Ale - 5.5% ABV
Castle Cream is our version of a cream ale. Deep gold in color, it has a soft malty aroma, slightly sweet creamy texture with a balanced bitterness, while finishing smooth and clean.
 

First Course

Kohlrabi, Brussel sprout, broccoli, kale, red cabbage, and carrot slaw tossed with craisins, candied almonds, and a creamy mango vinaigrette dressing.

Ode IPA - 6.8% ABV
Ode IPA is a culmination of our love of hops and the variations of India Pale Ales we have brewed through the years. We like to use hops where flavor and aroma are at the forefront. Citra, Azacca, Amarillo, and Centennial hops lend bright citrus and tropical fruit in flavor and aroma. It is an Ode to all the great IPAs that have shaped our palates.

Second Course

Smoked paprika rutabaga bisque topped with popped wild rice. 

17-7 Pale Ale - 5.8% ABV
17-7 was crafted in the original 93-gallon system in Castle Danger. It is a hop-forward Pale Ale brewed with our 7-hop variety but has enough of a biscuit-malt backbone to keep it honest.

Third Course

Beer & mustard marinated chicken accompanied by cheesy spaetzle and maple roasted butternut squash.

North Shore Lager - 5.3 ABV
North Shore Lager is a classic Vienna-style lager with a brilliant amber color. It is a balanced beer with flavors of toasted bread, caramel, and spicy Noble hops that finishes clean and dry.

Fourth Course

Gingerbread brownie perched atop a vanilla ice cream puck topped off with a cinnamon molasses drizzle
