First Course

Crostini topped with Boursin cheese, sundried tomato, and a pan-seared scallop 

Saga IPA
Featuring a divine tropical fruit hop aroma and clean, assertive bitterness.

Second Course

Baby leaf and herb mix topped with mandarin oranges, blueberries, strawberries, matchstick chicken, slivered candied almonds and drizzled with a creamy pepper jelly dressing   

Summit Slugfest
An unfiltered IPA with an orange appearance, low in alcohol and bitterness but big in citrus hop flavors and aromas. Seeking to connect new American IPA trends with our classical European approach to brewing, Slugfest offers aggressive and powerful citrus hop flavors and aromas of tangerine, melon, and lemon, thanks to hop varieties Huell Melon, Azacca and Mandarina Bavaria. Malt notes of toast, English biscuits and breadcrust.

Third Course

Pork tenderloin steak glazed with bourbon sauce perched atop a brown rice quinoa risotto accompanied by a roasted butternut squash candy strip beet blend

Summit Extra Pale Ale has been gracing the pint glasses of serious beer lovers since 1986. Bronze color. Gold medal-winning flavor. Featuring caramel, biscuity malts balanced by an earthy hop bite and juicy citrus.

Fourth Course

Brownie Bite and flaky croissant beignet topped with smoked maple, bourbon, pecan praline ice cream and fresh whipped cream

Oatmeal Stout
Made with naked oats from the UK, for one. Smooth and slightly sweet, with hints of coffee, caramel and chocolate, Summit Oatmeal Stout is served with a Nitrogen/CO2 mix
