Cajun Shrimp with Fresh Avocado
Cajun Spiced jumbo shrimp served with creamy avocado and fresh cucumber slices.
Burrata Salad with Basil Vinaigrette
Burrata cheese with fresh spring greens, served with Heirloom tomatoes and tossed in a basil vinaigrette.
Ribeye Cap Steak
The most flavorful cut of the ribeye. Seasoned and grilled then topped with a Creamy Asparagus sauce.
Triple Chocolate Mousse
Three layers of Chocolate. A traditional chocolate base, a milk chocolate layer, and a white chocolate layer. Served with fresh Strawberries and a Berry Coulis.
Ecco Domani Pinot Grigio
This pale-straw refresher shows lively aromas of chopped almonds, Bartlett pears, orange blossom, crushed oyster shell, and dried sage. The palate has soft fruit character but maintains a dry tension for a refreshing finish.
Campo Viejo Tempranillo
On the nose, the rich aromas have a pronounced intensity with an initial scent of ripe fruits followed by gentle sweet notes of vanilla and spices. On the palate, it is perfumed, soft and fresh with a long finish.
Joseph Carr Paso Robles Cabernet
Rich aromas of sun-ripened plum, black cherry and blackberry flow from the glass. The palate shows off concentrated berry compote, red licorice, vanilla, and sweet baking spice. This wine is lush with velvety tannins and a long finish.
Ménage à Trois Rosé
Lively spice, tropical fruit, and a dazzling body. Rich in raspberries, strawberries, lychee nuts, and flowers, with a lovely finish.
