CHEF’S TOUR MENU 

Course One
Lemon Basil Ricotta Crostini

Ricotta cheese smear on a toasted Crostini topped with lemon zest, basil and dash of salt and pepper.

Course Two
Arugula with Smoked tomato Vinaigrette

Baby arugula tossed in a smoked tomato vinaigrette with roasted corn and Parmesan cheese.

Course Three
Grilled Beef Tenderloin with Balsamic Bacon Jam

This six-ounce “thicker-cut” of a New York Strip steak, seasoned and grilled. Topped with a Manhattan sauce and served with our house-made whipped potatoes.

Course Four
Triple Layer Chocolate Cake
Chocolate cake layered with rich dark chocolate, and white chocolate buttercream.

WINE FLIGHT

Course One
Ecco Domani Pinot Grigio

Notes of light citrus and delicate floral aromas are complemented by hints of tropical fruit flavors. Medium-bodied, with a pleasantly soft palate and crisp, refreshing finish.

Course Two
Martin Códax Albariño
Crisp, elegant and dry and has aromas and flavors of pear, passion fruit and apple with bright acidity.

Course Three
Mouton Cadet Red
A medium/full-bodied, dry, juicy red wine with flavors of cherry, raspberry, blackberry, violets and a hint of tobacco.

Course Four
Apothic Dark
A medium-bodied, delicious red blend with dark fruit flavors of blueberry and blackberry complemented by notes of coffee and dark chocolate for a rich, yet silky smooth, palate.
