Course One
Herbed Seafood Bruschetta

Shrimp, king crab, tomatoes, and fresh herbs served on toasted baguettes.

Course Two
Spinach Salad with Maple Vinaigrette
Baby spinach, pears, red onion, and blue cheese tossed with maple vinaigrette.

Course Three
Seared Duck Breast with Cranberry-Orange Compote
Seasoned and seared duck breast topped with cranberry-orange compote, served with our house-made wild rice pilaf.

Course Four
Honey Almond Cheese
Creamy cheesecake topped with a rich layer of honey and toasted almonds on a graham cracker crust.

Course One
La Marca Prosecco
With delicate, golden straw color and lively effervescence, with aromas of fresh citrus, honey, and white flowers. The palate is fresh and clean, with flavors of ripe lemon, green apple, and grapefruit, framed by mineral undertones.

Course Two
Maryhill Viognier
Vibrant aromas of melon, pear, and apricot, with traces of pineapple and grapefruit, continuing into a sensational and crisp fruit finish.

Course Three
Mirassou Pinot Noir
Bright and approachable style Pinot Noir. Offers lovely cherry and strawberry flavors with subtle layers of spice from the oak.

Course Four
Chateau Ste. Michelle Late Harvest Riesling
Loaded with fresh Jonathan apple-flavored fruit, the fresh, natural acids create a nicely balanced sweetness. Highlights of cinnamon and caramel.
