25 Days of Christmas Contest Official Promotion Rules
NO PURCHASE OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN
Eligibility: Guests must be 18 years of age or older. Persons in any of the following categories are NOT eligible to participate or win prizes in the promotion: Associates of Grand Casinos, any licensed MLCV associate; and Associates assigned to the Marketing Department, Director Level Associates and above and their immediate household. Subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in the Promotion, entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
Timing: The Promotion begins on Thursday, December 1, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. and concludes on Monday, December 26 at 9:59 a.m. via grandcasinomn.com. Guests will enter the respective contest daily from 10:00 a.m. to 9:59 a.m. the following day. Winners will be contacted by 5:00 p.m. the day after the contest concludes via email or phone. All winners must be Grand Rewards members. The Grand Rewards club is free to join and can be joined upon arrival to claim a prize.
To Enter: These contests will be delivered via grandcasinomn.com. One winner will win the daily prize. To win, guests must:
• Complete the entry form on grandcasinomn.com by 9:59 a.m. on the respective contest end date.
Drawing Rules: A winner will be randomly selected via Excel random number generator. Grand Casino or Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures Digital Innovation Group will reach out to the winner via email or phone. Winner(s) will have 24 hours to claim the prize before an alternate winner is contacted. Winners will have 30 days to pick up their item from the respective Grand Casino location. The winner(s) must provide their full name and Grand Rewards number (if applicable). A valid state or government issued picture identification card, driver’s license, tribal band ID, or social security number will be required to claim all prizes. Prizes will not be held for guests who do not have the proper documentation. All entries become the property of Grand Casino and will not be returned. Solicitation of entries in any manner will not be tolerated.
Prize Winners: Prize winners of $100 or greater must sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release in order to claim his/her prize. Grand Casino Mille Lacs and Hinckley Minnesota™ require you to provide information necessary to complete a 1099 form for all gifts, cash, or prizes it extends to you with a value of $100 or more in the event the cumulative total value per calendar year equals $600 or more. Grand Play prizes will be valid for 24 hours from the time of redemption.
Non U.S. residents: Grand Casino Mille Lacs and Grand Casino Hinckley Minnesota™ require necessary information to complete a 1042S form and pay a 30% tax at the time of receipt of any gift, cash, or prize regardless of dollar value. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements.
Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, including social media, without further payment or consideration.
General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion without notice. Sponsor also reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failure or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion is a violation of criminal and civil law; and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Names and likenesses of promotion winner(s) may be used by Sponsor and Sponsor’s designee(s) for promotional purposes without further compensation to Sponsor or the Promotion winner.
Release: By entering this Promotion, entrant agrees to release and hold harmlessGrand Casino Mille Lacs and Grand Casino Hinckley Associates and company’s officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt, redemption or use of the prize.
Winners List: For Promotion results, a winner’s list will be made available at the Grand Rewards Center located on premise for a period of 30 days from conclusion of the Promotion.
