Knotty Pine Bakery is a scratch-made, small-batch bake shop located in historic Downtown Brainerd, Minnesota. They offer a creative menu of sweet and savory pies, breads, cookies, cakes and pastries lovingly prepared with seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.

"Kronuts" are Knotty Pine Bakery's take on the "Croissant Donut."  Their handmade buttery pastry dough is rolled out and folded, then hand-cut and baked up to create a deliciously flakey doughnut that is then topped with homemade glazes and garnishes.
