Grand Casino is Open! Come in and Play!

Grand Casino is Open! Come in and Play!

We have safety measures in place to keep our community, our Associates and our Guests safe.

We looked at every human touch point at our properties to develop this first “phase one” plan. You can view that plan in detail here.
While our gaming floor is open, you’ll notice other amenities are not open. Our goal is to reopen your favorite places and spaces, while making sure we can keep a clean and safe environment. We’ll adjust operations as needed. And we’ll provide updates on our website and social pages as we reopen more parts of the casino.

Our commitment to this plan gives us the confidence to welcome you back safely.

In order for us to keep all our Guests and Associates as safe as possible, proper use of face masks or coverings is required at all times

Hand sanitizer dispensers are located at Guest entrances and in other high-contact areas.

All food safety measures are followed, and we've increased the frequency of food and beverage equipment cleaning and disinfecting.

An intensive cleaning schedule is in place, focusing on frequent contact surfaces.

Casino occupancy limits will be closely monitored, as well as seating in our restaurants.

Our gaming floors are smoke free. Smoking lounges are available.

What’s Open, What’s Not

The good news is that our gaming floor is open at both casinos. Bingo and Pull Tabs have reopened at Grand Casino Mille Lacs and Grand Casino Hinckley. Check here for more information. Poker remains closed until further notice.

Both casinos will have food options available, such as Plums at Grand Casino Mille Lacs and Grand Provisions at Grand Casino Hinckley. Other restaurants, like 1991 Kitchen, Grand Cup and Cone, Stories Diner, and Silver Sevens will be open with reduced hours.

Restaurants including The Winds Steakhouse, Rival House and The Grille House will remain closed until a future phase. In-room dining, banquet, and convention services also will remain closed. For more information about what is open, click here.

Other temporary closures

There will be no valet or shuttle services provided at this time, and the bell desk, pool operations, fitness center, and Grand Arcade also remain closed.

Hotel Stays

Due to a reduced capacity, the maximum length of stay in any Guest room is 3 nights. Stay-over service will only be completed upon request while a Guest has vacated the room. Stay-over service will be limited to the sanitization of high touch surfaces, replacement of any towels and the removal of any garbage. The following amenities have been removed from Guest rooms: tissue, coffee, notepads, pens, additional blankets/pillows. Should you need any of these items, they can be requested for delivery by contacting the front desk during your stay.
